A clean mouth is the best defense against bad breath.
A clean mouth is the best defense against bad breath. Go to the dentist regularly, use dental floss daily, and Brush two or three times a day using toothpaste with fluoride. (One study found further that the dental pulp with a high concentration of sodium bicarbonate reduce bad breath.) And do not neglect your tongue, especially the rear. If the brush gently, using a toothbrush, or if you use a plastic tongue cleaner (also gently!), May deprive the bacteria of an important habitat. Do it slowly so that you learn to avoid arched. Another study shows that after cleaning your teeth and tongue, the concentrations of the most important bacteria stink dropped from 25 to 75 percent, according to a report in the Journal of Clinical Period ontology (Journal of Clinical Period ontology). Finally, go every six months to a specialist in dental hygiene for a professional cleaning.
For added protection, you can kill the germs that cause bad breath to gargle with mouthwash just before bedtime. However, few seem to have an effect rinses (avoid brands that contain alcohol as this can cause dryness and accelerate the development of bad breath). Some dental researchers have established that the dental rinses containing zinc chloride, hydrogen peroxide, chlorine dioxide or other oxidizing substances are effective in reducing or eliminating bad breath. According to Dr. Harold Katz, founder of California Breath Clinics (Clinics of the California Breath), the only dental rinses effective are those that "oxidize" volatile sulfur compounds, making them organic salts odorless.
