As tighten the muscles of the abdomen

From the viewpoint of each admirer of beauty, abdominal regions are an area of special attention. That's why anyone who wants to have a slim figure and tone, the tone the abdominal is an important issue.

But you can do if your daily routine (getting up early, come back later) does not allow the time to do physical exercises? Remember that you have a good opportunity to use your time at work, for example during the lunch that is usually used to smoke, eat something or some other option. It is clear that probably  soil making some classic exercise for fear that your co-workers you see. But surely you can do these exercises while seated in a chair. You'll feel better and your companions do not say anything.

The lower abdominal muscles of the female body are very weak, so the next exercise is designed for the development of that part of your body.

Sit on the edge of the chair, bow a little with your arms straight, stretched their legs at the knees. Flexes back and shrinks your belly.

When exhaling, lift one leg and take her to your stomach.

Try to keep the angle of your knees to focus pressure or waist. You can do several times, first with one leg, then with the other.

No kites the following errors:

Do not lift your leg too high.
Do not lift your shoulders until your ears.

If you're bored of this exercise and want something a little more exotic, supports your feet in a medicinal ball, or in case of emergency, a soccer ball. In this way increases the difficulty of the exercise several times, but you get a flat stomach and a healthy spine.
