Home care for bleeding gums.

The home care depend on the cause. One should follow the following recommendations.
     * For infection, a treatment by the dentist.
     * For purposes of medications, adjustments in the prescribed dosage or substitution of medicines.
     * For vitamin deficiency, a proper diet or vitamin supplements.
     * The gums bleeding and ulcers can get worse by the consumption of snuff.
     * The dentures adjusted evil cause "painful points". If you make your gums bleed, must be realigned and adjusted by the dentist.
     * Use an oral irrigation device in the saddle than for massaging the gums.
     * Avoid using aspirin, unless prescribed by a doctor for any specific reason.
     * You can control the bleeding of the gums by applying pressure with a gauze moistened in cold water directly on the gum bleeding.
     * Remove snacks between meals and reduce consumption of carbohydrates to help prevent the accumulation of plaque on the teeth.
     * Visit your dentist at least every six months to remove the plate.
     * Brush your teeth gently (with a soft bristle brush) after each meal. It is possible that the dentist recommends rinsing with water or salt with hydrogen peroxide and water, but it should avoid commercial mouthwashes that contain alcohol, aggravating the problem.
     * Use dental floss twice a day to prevent the formation of plaque.
