How to maintain weight after weight ?

The main goal in losing weight is not the thinning itself, but keeping the weight once they had fallen. To achieve this, you must maintain a diet low in fat and try to stay away from the sweet stuff (at least when possible). This does not mean you should deny certain things. So just keep one thing very simple: Try to consume less than two ounces of fat a day, do not eat many foods and sweets.

Don 't rush to lose weight. The first and most important is that you must learn about food and understand all its features so get used to a diet low in fat. You must also learn to cook again and choose healthy foods when eating at restaurants.

Your diet is low in fat if you follow the following steps:

1. If a product contains little fat (less than 1-5 percent) and not too sweet, then you can let your frequent. Such foods are low in fat: lean meats, fish, cottage cheese, dairy products, bread, pasta, grains, vegetables and potatoes. It is easy to realize that they do not die of hunger if your diet is based on these products.

2. Some products contain lots of fat. Its consumption will add a lot of fat to your body and eventually will make you gain weight. Products high in fat are: All kinds of oils, fatty meats, whole milk, cakes, chocolates and ice creams.

3. A whole glass of yogurt contains the same amount of fat that one fifth of chocolate bar. This does not mean you should eat a lot of yogurt and stop buying chocolate.

4. Try cooking always taking care to maintain the low amount of fat. Increases the amount of vegetables boiled or fried plate and lowers.

5. You can fry pans in Teflon plates. They also bake in foil. Both methods reduce the fat content in cooking.

6. You can make soups low-fat meat without bones. The fat content of the soup can be reduced dramatically if the leave in a cool place and then remove the fat that accumulates on the surface.

7. Choose low-fat products, such as fat-free cheese, light mayonnaise, skim milk, and so on.

8. Foods that low in fat, leaving others only to add a little flavor to a meal from time to time.

9. Try to eat slowly. You'll feel sated in less time than if you eat fast. In addition, eating slowly helps control the amount of food that you put in your body. A good trick that helps is to eat slowly fill a large bowl with different kinds of food in small portions, a little meat, fish and salads. In this way, eat slowly because each time testing a new type of food.

10. You can consume small collations between meals. Drink a glass of warm water or tea about 10 to 15 minutes before lunch or dinner.
