interest among the relationship between periodontal disease and other diseases.

Meanwhile, the growing interest among the relationship between periodontal disease and other diseases has prompted the study of more aggressive treatments for this disease.
Periodontal disease is a silent disease. The signals are not so obvious and people really do not know who has the problem,
The doctors who have patients of diabetes, respiratory diseases, heart disease and pregnant women should benefit from an awareness of the possible effects of periodontal disease on the medical problems they are dealing with, .
To help them and their patients to recognize the signs of periodontal disease, Genco is one of several health professionals working with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The goal is to develop a simple questionnaire for doctors who delivered them to his patients in which he suggests when to go to the dentist.
Respond with "yes" to those questions about whether the gums bleed or if their teeth have another aspect could indicate which patients might have gum disease and should be referred to the dentist.
